LAST CALL FOR DENTAL SAFARI
The Dental Safari dentist will be at Rome on Wednesday, October 29th to do dental exams on any student who has returned a dental consent form. All students in Kindergarten, 2nd and 6th grades are required to submit a current dental exam form. The exam Dental Safari does will meet the state requirement. You can access the consent form online at DentalSafariForms.com or by scanning the QR code on the attached brochure. The deadline to turn in your child's completed consent form is this Friday, October 24th.
Cross Country Shirt Update!!
We want to apologize to everyone who purchased a cross country shirt. We are aware of the mistake in the printing, and we've been working closely with wilfords to make this right!!
Wilford's has agreed to remake every shirt that was printed. The new shirts will be sent home with the students on Friday October 24th.
We truly appreciate your support of the booster club and Rome School. We know this was disappointing, and we hope this helps restore your confidence in your booster club. Thank you for your patience and support!! 💚💛

Registration for the Rome Cheer Clinic for grades Prek-4 is open until October 16th! Turn in forms and money to your child's teacher!
Congrats to our 2025 Rome Cross Country Regional teams! The regional race will be at the Mt. Vernon Outland Airport Wednesday, October 8 and will begin at 5:00 PM with the Varsity Girls race. Everyone, be sure to come out and support our teams!

Boys Basketball practice for tonight, Thursday, September 25th, has been cancelled. The boys will practice tomorrow, September 26th, from 6:30-8:00pm.
⚾️The baseball game that was postponed on Tuesday will be played today, Thursday September 25 at 4:00 in Patoka. 🥎Softball will play tomorrow, Friday, September 26 at The Salem Little League Complex at 6:30.
The regional baseball game scheduled for today at Patoka will be played tomorrow, September 23 at 4:00. The field is located at 610 West Bond in Patoka.
Pee Wee information went out this week to students in 3rd and 4th grades. There has been a change in the Pee Wee Association rules and there will no longer a 5th grade team. There will be teams for 3rd grade boys, 4th grade boys, 3rd-4th girls, and cheerleading for 3rd and 4th grades. Currently, we are receiving information back from students and do not have coaches. If you would be interested in coaching any of our teams please email Mr. Smith at csmith@rome2.net. Coaches will have to have a background check and receive board approval.
⚾️The 8th grade ceremony for baseball and softball will be at 4:00 this evening with the games starting at 4:30! The ceremony will take place at the Concessions building. 🥎
